But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
A friend called this morning weeping as she was pondering the sacrifice of our Lord this day so long ago. How much we have to be thankful for, not only that Jesus died, but that He arose victorious over sin and death.
May it ever be before us!
You are much in my prayers, may the Lord be in your midst today as you come before Him with humble hearts. May His glorious presence be manifest in your lives.
His love, joy, grace and peace to you and your lovely family Peter! may this be a blessed time together this Easter as we consider the gift we are given in Christ, especially in light of what lies ahead.
What a hope we have in the Lord!
Abundant Blessings always,
And also with you, thank you Susan 🙂
